We do care!I think they are maybe worth a 1 because they take days to respond to request, they refuse to update their address from some I got a response from using a different address that it ACTUALLY legit, and their address is most likely incorrect, you have to repeat yourself several times before you get a straight answer from anyone, and the fact that they don't even say thanks for your kind post just shows you how they don't care!
It just takes time to read your post, check the address, and respond to your request Fanmail
