I know he has a page on his website with the instuctions for getting an autograph from him, but my computer/browser refuses to load it.
Could anyone be so kind as to copy and paste it for me?

It is unfortunate that with the glitch that has hit this site that all of the John Travolta successes have disappeared.
You may wish to undertake a bit of research through Google before sending to him, alternatively you may not.
