I don't believe Rod Woodson works for the Raiders, unless they forward mail to former players. You could also try either c/o The NFL Network or c/o the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Scratch that. I didn't realize that the Raiders hired him as a coach. You may want to wait until after the lockout to send to him, though. Some teams actually recommend not sending fanmail out of season.
