Lana Tailor - "Get Out!" & "Lingerie"

Does anyone have an address for Lana Tailor? She's a Canadian actress/model who stars in the Cinemax series "Lingerie" and the HDNet series "Get Out!", and has modelled in many magazines. I've tried her website, but with no luck.
