I emailed the soccer team's website and they said to send fan mail to this address:

They also said to not send items or right to just one player, as they will not be able to respond to their busy games. Try asking for a team autographed photo?...

You can also see who is playing in Women's Professional Soccer, and than send to them c/o their respective teams. If you go this route, I would hurry, as the season ends within the next week or two.
