Mattingly c/o the Dodgers. Mariano c/o the Yankees. The rest you may as well send to the North Pole, you have the same odds of getting a success.

Paul O'Neill and David Cone work for the YES Network (headquartered in Chrysler Building, 42 St. and Lexington Ave. in New York, NY)
David Wells does postseason games for TBS (headquartered in Atlanta)
I recently sent to Joe Torre at the MLB headquarters (245 Park Ave. New York, NY), have yet to receive a reply but hear he's a good signer.
Mariano Rivera is a GREAT signer via Yankee Stadium (E. 161st Street and River Ave.) and IP. Might get Girardi there as well.
I sent to Mattingly through the Dodgers in March and am awaiting a reply.
Bernie is great TTM and IP, maybe try via venue for a concert?
