current addresses for 3 young "Summerland" stars

does anyone know the current mailing addresses of Jesse McCartney (Braden Westerly), Kay Panabaker (Nikki Westerly), and Nick Benson (Derrick Westerly) of "Summerland"? This TV show aired in 1996-97 on WB, and primarily focused on the characters these actors portrayed in their earlier years. Note that the current database address for Ms. Panabaker is no longer valid, and I have advised you of that after receiving agency/USPS confirmation moments ago. hence, my request. please advise. thank you
