Singletary- yes, C/o the Minnesota Vikings
Joe Greene- yes, I believe for 10-20 bucks
richard dent- yes, $50 (!!!) last I checked- and that was before he got into the HoF
franco harris- haven't seen anything in a while
terry bradshaw- sporadically so don't expect anything back in under a year.
don shula- yes
larry csonka- no or only for a stiff fee.

Singletary isn't a guarentee - I sent to him when he was coaching the 49ers, and never got anything back.

There's always an inherent risk you won't get a reply, but I did get his autograph through the Bears when he played for them and recently saw a response through the Vikings.

The 49ers for the most part are pretty bad with autograph requests ttm imo.
