Johnny Rockwell (Superboy 1966)

Can anyone with help me find this guy? St@rTiger doesn't have an address for him.
Johnny Rockwell - he was the first actor to play the role of Superboy, in the pilot for the proposed series The Adventures of Superboy (1961).
