Hi Saariilicious,
A lot of times celebrities like Hilary Duff or other old disney celebrities, no longer have working addresses. If they do, they are unknown. My choice would be to google Hilary Duff fan sites, and see if any of them have an address. A lot of times, the fan sites reach a lot of people, and someone who knows the address will contact the website for them to post it. Also check Hialry duff's official fansite, they might have a managers email or the agency Hilary Duff is with.
Lots of celebrities in this database don't have updated addresses. You have to know other ways to find them.
