Ed Podolak Address????

Does anyone know how a person can reach former KC Chiefs star and current color guy for Iowa hawkeye football Ed Podolak. I do know he has been living in Iowa City for the last 4-5 months now since he is recovering and doing PT at the U of I from being hit by a car I do no for a fact you can't reach him through the U of Iowa. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
