beautiful Bulgarian tennis player.
the email address on her official site seems permanently invalid.
and i dont know what agency she's with...

You could try the Bulgarian Tennis Federation. Many times these individual country federations pass on mail to their players and I have had success with this process.
Bulgarian Tennis Federation
Blvd Vassil Levski 75

Bulgaria
Also make sure to send either money or an International Reply Coupon with your letter. When it goes overseas they will most likely not send something back without some kind of return postage. Good luck!

Met her a few times at a tournament, really nice and a good player
But from what I've seen she only has a fanpage and not an official page like other players. You can indeed try the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and write on the envelop if they could please forward it to Tsvetana

no she DOES have official website.
it's listed on her WTA profile and wiki!!
she's really gorgeous!
