I want to get Emma Watson autograph. I don't know, where is better to sent her: To USA or UK? And what address I should use? Please help me! Thank you for answers.

Her UK address. Although she does NOT send out Authentics, Just 8x10 Pre-prints. She signs pretty well in-person though. And Via Venue, but their few and far between.
