1988 Chicago Cubs addresses please: Jay Baller, Bob Dernier+

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it so very much! Looking for addresses to add Jay Baller (former Cubs/Phillies), who was last reported to have been arrested in Reading, PA, on a drug/weapons charge a couple years ago. I thought I found a home address but no luck in getting a response so I am really not sure.

Bob Dernier did not respond to spring training or regular season mail while coaching Cubs the past two years.

Dave Martinez, Tampa Rays coach, also seems unresponsive to fan mail.

Rick Sutcliffe: does he respond to ESPN address mail? I have had no luck with him
