I'm in the U.S., and I've made the unfortunate mistake of falling in love with a British Hamster! Does anyone know what's the best address to request an autograph? I'm guessing maybe send it to Top Gear, but I know they're not in production right now. I want to try to get him to sign a copy of his book "On the Edge", which is one of the best books I've ever read. Thanks for any help.

I sent to Richard Hammond via his Agent last July/August time and have not heard back.
And I sent to Jeremy Clarkson via the Top Gear studio last year too, and received an awful photocopied piece of paper with the 3 presenters on it.

Things might have changed since then though, but I am not holding my breath...

I sent a copy of the book to Richard care of Top Gear, and got it back a couple of days ago with a letter from the Top Gear Procution Team, which stated, in part, "Unfortunately, due to the extremely high demand, we cannot sustain the signing of individual items you enclosed with your letter." So much for that idea. Wonder if I'd have any better luck sending it through his agency?
