Try the talent agency. It seems they're open to requests. In fine print, they only ask that you send a SASE. Not sure if they would pass on something you made or your own photo, probably just return a generic head shot. I believe his signature would be authentic, though for someone else of the same agency who is more well known...it's hard to say.
