Vice President Cheney - I need your heartmate items - Please

I am looking to contact Vice President Dick Cheney. My husband has the Heartmate 2 that he had installed in Dec. 2011. My husband has the same device installed in him as you did. I was looking to see what Mr. Cheny did with his vests and retailored items? Between my husbands heart problems and his gout he is really havin a bad time getting used to the vest and batteries etc.. Mr. Chaney could you please pass the items on to my husband ? I am sure you were glad to rid yourself of them, but my husband will need the items the rest of his life .As he is not a canidate for a heart transplant.
