OKC Thunder fan pack fail

I requested a fan pack from the Oklahoma Thunder via their website about 2 weeks ago, but they wouldn't send me one because I live in Ireland. Here's the response I got from them:
I've tried looking around the thunder website but I can't seem to find the fan pack program they talk about. The photos they sent me were of Russell Westbrook, Nick Collison and Kevin Durant.Hi xxxx,
Thanks for contacting the Oklahoma City Thunder. We appreciate your support of the NBA in OKC all the way from Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not mail fan packs internationally, however we do have an exclusive fan pack program for our international fans. Attached are a few Thunder photos that you may download and print off of your computer. You can also visit our website at http://www.thunder.nba.com and check out some great downloadable items featuring our players, the Thunder Girls and our mascot, RUMBLE the Bison. Thanks again for your long distance support!
