Via Venue is if the celeb is in a play or doing a concert or at a studio filming ect.

The Via Venue for Victoria Justice is the Victorious address which is Nikelodeons film studio.

Victoria only send out PP's now

You dont have to write Via Venue in the address if you do write to a via venue address
