I really don't think you should send to the college as they will just throw it out and not pass it to Miranda. Personally, I think sending fan mail to the college she attends would be EXTREMELY rude. She is not just a celebrity, but a human being, and she deserves to be able to go to college and focus on school not fulfilling autograph requests. I disagree. I mean she is a celeb and fans asking for autographs comes with the territory of acting and or singing. And YOU NEVER KNOW because the college can't open other people' mail.
