You can try c/o the Pro Football Hall of Fame (the address should should be in the database), just keep in mind that fact the he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease in 2011 could very well have an impact on whether or not he would sign anything.

He lives in New Mexico and will sign ttm but usually with a fee. Depending on what you want signed, $20 for a card, more for a larger item.
