I need to help and have tried every avenue I can. I have a very sick boy Charlie who is 14 who has not got long until the inevitable happens and I am trying desperately to fulfil his bucket list. One of his things is to race 'Madge' Sheila Reid around in her mobility scooter. Is there anyone who can help me please.
