He is the current general manager of the Kingston Frontenacs. I didn't see an address on the team website (http://www.kingstonfrontenacs.com/main/index), but may be you can find something if you take a look. You can also try contacting the Hockey Hall of Fame and asking if they forward fanmail.
Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.
