Having previously contacted Jo Sarsby for a Steve Backshall Photocard, I received a PP, this May or may not be the same for Michaela.
I see you have requested a lot of addresses, this and the Ellie Harrison one I have also supplied were very easy to find simply by searching google for the person, finding their website and clicking on the contact page. If there is not a direct address then there is likely a link to their agent/management and the address will be on their website. You will likely find this a quicker source of information as opposed to waiting for someone to search for you and supply the information in your post.
