It looks like Miss Tessmacher. If you don't, I would suggest keeping a list of who you send to, as it can help you figure out who you receive when you aren't sure. Being able to look back at my list has helped me figure out a couple of my returns when I've sent something that didn't have the individual's picture on it.
Sometimes you just have to take a chance and try the address that you have. That is part of collecting autographs through the mail. Sometimes you will have success and sometimes you won't. Their are no 100% locks for success.
