Any1 know any Soccer teams emails that send out fan packs

Im looking for professional soccer teams that send out fan packs or souvenirs or programmes or autographs. I would go on their website but I get emails saying from most teams that don't send stuff . So im kindly asking does anyone know or have emaisl to teams that do. No MLS already got all them thanks!
