Is there a fan mail address for Russian president Vladmir Putin? And should I or should I not send a request? Feedback is much appreciated

It's an adress of administration of president of russian federation. Try mail to this ,but i am not sure if you will get something back.
P.S. you MUST write that it's addressed to president of russia or it will be rejected
P.P.S. there is also info that you must write in russian ,but i guess they will read it even if it's in English
