Anthony Jeselnik

I know there was a topic on this asking it already, and it was sort of answered, but no one said if it was successful or not.
I want to write something to Anthony Jeselnik, but on his website there are multiple addresses and I do not know which one to use

Like I said there is already a topic on this, but I would rather not bump an old thread. It was said to try the management one, then the talent agency, but does anyone know for sure? On the other topic from last year there was no reply as to whether it was successful or not...
