You're wasting your time with all of them, although you send to Tanaka at Yankees Spring Training if you really want to lose an item.

I gave you the answer, you're just too immature and/or ignorant to accept it. None of the guys you requested sign through the mail (not even for you). Oh doesn't sign at all. Ichiro just did a signing through Mill Creek for $200 (cards) and up. Tanaka is an exclusive client of some memorabilia company I can't remember. Matsui doesn't sign through the mail. Sorry your mom raised you to believe you are special, I just don't think she informed these athletes of your specialness.
