But seriously:

1) Bill doesn't sign.
2) Bill's 1-800 number is a thing of legend. Almost nobody knows it. The only way to get it is from someone who's worked with Bill before, or by calling every 1-800 number in existence. However, there's no telling that you'll be able to identify if you've called the right number. And, even if someone on this forum did have the number, they wouldn't leak it to you. If they did, he'd just change the number.

So, to sum up: You're wasting your time.

That's Bill's number, the cleaning company is just part of their schtick. You have to be persistent when calling, tell them you know it's not really a cleaning company.
