You would put Shakira's name on the first line right above the c/o ...
c/o just means care of so although your letter is for shakira it will go to whoever is in named in the c/o line who will then theoretically pass it on to shakira.

I do not understand the concern, is it that I did not list Shakira's name before the c/o and address or the validity of the address? I would assume that since we know we are talking about Shakira, you would not need for me to type that part.

No i thought it was an address for someone called "Joseph Carozza" howeveer now i understand that that is part of the address
