Request for Jo Collins' Address

Hi. I would like to send a letter to Jo Collins, the famous Playmate from 1964/65. However, I've not been able to find her fan mail address anywhere. I read an article about her visit to Vietnam in 1966, and it said that she might live somewhere in or near Chicago, IL. Thank you!
