Multi-Address- Which one is right? Shailene Woodley

So i'd like to request Shailene Woodley's address. I've done the research on the top of this page. I know that this question have been asked a lot. But there is a problem.

But i found in here:

that this one doesn't works, even if it is on the search bar.

But in fact i find in others many subjects the contrary,saying that the first one is not right, so it is a little bit contradicting and i am lost.
