Requesting Corey Hart (Canadian Singer)

I'm wondering if there's an address out there for Canadian singer Corey Hart. I haven't come across anything and I know his shows in Montreal and PEI were more than likely his last ones. I saw him in PEI and thought he was awesome. My mom was a big fan of his back in the 80's and he became one of my idols after seeing him.
