What addresses are up to date for Shay Mitchell and Lucy Hale?
Also, do people have more success sending to the PLL address, or individual addresses?

I haven't seen a ttm success from Lucy Hale in a long time... Ashley replies from her address in Anaheim:

Sent some requests to the Warner brothers address but Keegan Allen was the only one who replied so far (sent all requests between August - October 2013). I tried Shay via this address too and via her home address - no response.
