Hello,
I would like to sent a LOR and a SASE to Jenna Coleman and Peter Capaldi. What should I choose? Their Troika agency adress or their venue adress? Also, what other suggestions can you give me? If I live overseas UK how many IRCs should I include?

P. S. Also... If Matt Smith hasn't replied since 2014 (no feedback since then), is it worth to try sending him a letter?

I've read somewhere that it needs two coupons for the postage.

I sent to Jenna via Doctor Who and never heard back. Also I heard Peter Capaldi is now sending PPs.

Yeah, I've also sent a letter to the venue adress and never received anything back. They are usually travelling a lot so there are very small chances of actually receiving a reply from them via venue. I will try via their agency this time. At least you know someone actually receives your letter. I know Capaldi is now sending only PPs but that's fine for me at the moment.
