Please, do not want to offend anyone. I'm working in real estate for a long time. I do not want to sell anything or offer anything or discredit anyone, but that's not a good area for matters that I will not explain here. Just want to say that, please, if nobody knows their mail or how to get it it's right, but please, don't write mocking my question or intentions because for me it is very serious and important. And I do not think they have any idea of the kind of area and not even their real estate agents, and the problems that are emerging with the properties of the area in question.
