KATE BUSH Address Query??

I'm a huge Kate Bush fan and would love an autographed photo of her.
I notice that Fanmail has an address listed for her in Los Angeles. But what I can't quite get my head around is, why would she want her fanmail sent to LA when she lives in a £2.5 million, 5 bedroom mansion on the coast of South Devon in the UK???
Is this regular protocol for celebrities?
I know a lot about Kate Bush and as far as I know she doesn't own a home in another country (i.e L.A)
It's well documented that she's an extremely private person. But why would she want her fans to send their fan mail all the way over to America to surely, only have it sent back to her in the UK??
I did find a post on here, sent March 2014, from a member that supplied a UK address for her:

*UPDATE regarding the above address. I went to OJK's website. They are an accountancy, business management and marketing company for 'exceptional' people. I went to the music section and in their 'search for artist' box, entered Kate Bush and received 'NO RESULTS FOUND'...*
Has anyone had any success with this address or know if it's even accurate?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
