Hi all, first off I'm new to this forum so apologies if this question has been asked before, I have tried to search for it but not been able to find an answer.

I want to send some fan mail to Chloe Bennet from Marvels Agents of Shield but am a bit confused about which address to use. Searching through the forums people have had successes from other Agents of Shield cast last year and early this year using the following the address:

However on Chloe Bennet's fanmail.biz page the via venue address is:

Reading the successes people have had it seems that via venue addresses get a higher response rate than fan mail address but wanted some advice on which address to go for? I'm tempted to send to "1048 Grand Central Avenue" address and think the "500 S Buena Vista St." address may be an old address which may no longer be valid. Can anyone confirm this?
