I am looking for as many celebreties I can get to send my friends son who is going to be celebrating his 18th birthday on the 8th of june.His name is Jordan but Jordan is severely disabled he has cerabal palsey and not got the quality of life an 18yr old boy should have , so I sm trying to make his day as special as can be .Jordan is brought up with his mum and gran and is loved more than anything in this world , he is such a happy young lad and he loves watching tv his soaps ,sports and anything that can make him laugh .Please try and help me get email address or contact number for a signed picture it would make Jordan so happy
