I mailed it in Feb and received it early march...I know that sometimes she does sign and others she has a sec do it...opinions would be very much appreciated!

I'm only guessing but it makes sense. Her family lives in KY and all mailings goes there. I doubt she would hire someone to sign her autographs. I know she's a mega star but I don't think she's making mega money yet. Just trying to use common sense.
