I'm only guessing but it makes sense. Her family lives in KY and all mailings goes there. I doubt she would hire someone to sign her autographs. I know she's a mega star but I don't think she's making mega money yet. Just trying to use common sense.

I don't disagree! Was just wondering where you'd come to that conclusion...I certainly pondered the same thing! I think it's nicer if her family goes through it, TBH, than some detached secretary or assistant.

Thanks to her family I guess for signing for us. It kinda sucks for the fans tho that we cannot get something as simple as an autograph. I know a few seconds for each one adds up really fast... but yeah. once in a while we can get something real

I always think that, if they're famous enough, they could devote 20 actually signed ones a week...80 for the month. Or even 25 a week. That would take five minutes to sign (not even put names) and then have a secretary put it in an envelope and mail it out.

Let's look on the bright side, there is a slight chance you will get an authentic since she is back in the U.S for the reminder of the year since she is training and shooting Hunger games: Catching fire. So you never know! But the down side is, she's in LA and all mailings go to KY. Let's hope for the best =).

You can send it to her LA address but I heard she’s very protective of her privacy, so I doubt she would encourage fans to do so by actually responding to autographs request from her home in LA. I honestly think the only way to get her autograph is to track her down and get it in person but don’t do it in a stalker way.

i would never send to a celebrity's home address. Its pretty much a privacy rule. I respect their alone time in their own houses. Grats to anyone balllsy enough to invade someone's private residence and get an actual reply.

I tried the Kentucky address...
I might try the Public Relations address... (dunno if anyone has gotten a success from there)
and/or try Via Venue for one of her next movies. Since they are not "private"

Or maybe I will run across her in some fashion where she is in "public" mode... and not just trying to do day to day crap. Like get on a plane

LOL - Yeah, i don't think I'm ballsy enough to on stalker mode and go to her private residence and invade her personal space to get an autograph. But she does have two films coming out this year and since I do live in NYC, maybe she'll do some press here and I'll get lucky.
