Its for a P!nk/Pink autograph and I now really don't think its authentic - please could anybody confirm?
Also I would like some advice as to what to say to the seller, I asked for a refund but I dont know if they will co-operate. Will ebay be on the side of the seller or me?

I recently asked the same question about an autograph from that same seller in a thread further down and here is what guilder1st had to say:

Then you have reason to doubt it's authenticity. At the moment he is selling several items that I believe to be fakes.
Another thing is that he has a lot of the big names, Miley Cyrus (x3), Jonas Brothers (x4), Noel Gallagher (x7), Celine Dion (x4), Amy Winehouse (x4), just to name a few. Some of these people aren't exactly known for being the best signers out there and they surely wouldn't sign 4 (or 7?) items for 1 person.
Also the starting price is a little out there for me, I know it's an auction but still.
That's just about the seller.

And as for refunds and cooperating, from feedback i've seen from that seller, if you have a problem, he either ignores it or gives rude responses.

If they refuse to refund you, do a paypal dispute and get your money back (assuming you paid with paypal?)

And thanks for the help regarding the seller, I asked for a refund and if they refuse I will open a dispute.
