Once again I would like to ask you for your help. I've bumped into an autograph of Natalie Portman that I'd like to buy, but first I'd like to hear your opinions. I've tried to compare it to in-person examples, but I'm no expert. What do you think?

Hey there!!

I would have to say that this autograph is Fake. The P in portman and the R in portman give it away.

Here is an IP autograph i found for you to compare too.


As you can see, compared to yours, yours looks very neat and looks like it took some time to be written out.

I would have to agree with Chrissy. That autograph looks to be a forgery.
Especially the P in Portman is very different, also the slant of the autograph is off. Natalie writes more upright, if that makes sense.

Thanks so much, Chrissy & guilder1st! The P appeared fishy to me, as well. Guilder1st, I can see what you mean, and I agree.

I hate that even a COA means absolutely nothing these days :neutral:

Anyway, thanks again, it's a pity it's not genuine, but at least you saved me from wasting my money
