AFAIK Cage never signed his full name like this.
I'd say it's a bad fake.

Agreed with Reav. Nicolas Cage signature is usually N a loop and a C.

That is 100%fake i have a friend who just got im months back in vienna and she showed it to me and it is nothing like that that is either a sec or a bad forger.
