It looks authentic. Here's some examples I found on google:

I'd say that it's authentic and you can buy it. Of course, an autograph expert would know more than me, but this is just my opinion!

I have to disagree. I don't think it's a good match. It actually looks forged to me. Especially the S looks different then his usual S. It's more pointy and a bit shaky really, while Will's S is usually nice and round and his signature is very smooth. And the letters are almost always looped together. I would not buy that.

I got this one in person at the Hancock premiere. I think the one you're looking at doesn't match very well.
