Muhammad Ali.. unsure

Unread post by Patty10 »

A year or so ago, I sent Muhammad Ali a letter and got the same picture signed with blue pen like everyone else gets. But recently I sent to him again to give an autograph to my nephew, but I noticed on the back of the picture he sent me it states "NOTE: The signature on this photograph was reproduced by an autopen signature machine. The photograph itself was NOT signed by Muhammad Ali."
I understand that this new autograph is a PP, but was the first one I received a year or so ago a PP? No where on it does it say that it's a PP, so is it real? I noticed it isn't exactly the same as the PP one. Does anyone have any idea if my first one is real? If you have any questions just ask I'm curious to know if I have a real one. {thumb2}

I would say both are PP or AP. I believe they began adding that on the back when a lot of AP signatures were sold on eBay as authentic.

Mr.ali has used autopen for over ten years now due to his sickiness and pre-prints that is sent out by his staff.

Yeah the Ali signatures now are only done in person and then they look nothing like the older ones, shame really
