Help with identifying an autograph

Need help with one unknown autograph,Had it for 1-3 years and still no clue :S I never send any letters/emails to celebs i dont like so dont know this one.. Please help guys =)

I sent the rapper Pitbull a pic to one of his concerts and I got the pic back signed and personalized..but under his autograph looks like 3 more autographs..and I dont know what it says at all..whether there words or names. I thought maybe it was his backing band? But couldnt find anything. Any help would be appreciated

All I know is that my dad got this autograph at the hospital the day I was born (June 2nd 1995). Its from some Pittsburgh Penguin player who was having his kid the same day. All I can see is it says the number 20. Can anyone help???
