Both are horrible fakes in my opinion. I would not advise you to buy this.

Thanks, I have no way of grading the child star signatures so I always go off the older known actors.

Agreed. Completely fake. The writing is very trembly. Harry Potter is my area of 'expertise', signature wise, and these are horrible. Having said that, I've seen far worse.

You'll be hard pushed to get a signed cast poster. It simply didn't happen very often. There are very few legit sellers who have been able to obtain sigs on posters (just the logistics of it make it difficult - try taking a poster to an event and not having it crushed). The few I've seen that are legit come from dealers who either had studio access during filming (often very early on in the movie franchise), or were able to go to sit down events. JK Rowling's sig on a poster is highly unusual too, simply because she wasn't often in the same place at the same time as the actors. For a legit poster with JKR's signature on, you're talking a LOT of money.

Your best bet is to either get a signed book by *some* of the cast members (again, unlikely to get JKR with the cast, unless someone took their book to multiple events), or get signed individual photographs. 99.999% of Harry Potter signed items on Ebay are fake (unless you're going the Artbox signed card route), and you have to really know what you are looking for to be able to find the ones that aren't.
