Rod Stewart Success via venue...real?

Hey everyone, I just a sucess from Rod Stewart via venue. Not sure if it is real or not...but pic link is below. I have no iddea how to put a picture in tbis post...lemme know if it works and thanks....

Las Vegas Boulevard to allow official public access to the sign for the first time. The artificial turf was replaced, but without the playing cards. Prior to the parking lot's construction, visitors to the sign were forced to cross the northbound or southbound lanes of Las Vegas Blvd.

I think that the autograph is authentic but the personalisation is done by his secretery.

I don't see anything wrong with the dedication, it's exactly how he dedicated IP, from the capital letters to the T in "To".
